2017 Summer Staff

I'm happy to present this year's staff. They are a talented group- both on and off the court as you can see by their bios. They are all accomplished tennis players. The staff has an "international" flavor again this year.  Nate and Walter are products of QV Varsity teams.  And Dylan is a member of Sewickley Academy's renowned program.  It should be a fun summer!

Dylan Parda                     Walter Hubsch                      Nate Carver

Nate Carver is going to be a freshman at Grove City College where he will be majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Nate played soccer and tennis at Quaker Valley as a member of the Boys Varsity Teams. Nate played right midfielder on the Varsity Soccer team this year, helping his team win the WPIAL Championship and play in the State Championship.

This year Nate played 1st doubles on the tennis team, helping them win the section, and qualify for the PIAA playoffs where they made it to the quarterfinals. He is excited to help others learn and enhance their skills in the game of tennis.

Walter Hubsch is a graduating senior at Quaker Valley High School. He played soccer, both club and school, as well as tennis throughout his high school years. He was the Boys Varsity Soccer captain for his junior and senior years, helping his team win the WPIALs and become PIAA Finalists in 2016.

Walter was also the first singles player for the Boys Varsity Tennis Team that reached the Quarterfinals in the PIAA this season. Walter plans to double major in business and engineering at the University of Pennsylvania this fall. We are thrilled to have him helping out this summer.

Dylan Pardais a rising Senior at Sewickley Academy, where he has started since he made the Varsity team his freshman year. He has helped win three WPIAL championships in his time on the team, winning back to back State Championships in 2016 and 2017 as well.

Dylan is seeking a 4th straight WPIAL Championship along with a 3rd straight PIAA Championship next year. He also wishes to play varsity tennis in college.
